These T&Cs apply to all contracts between KameVault and users of the platform.
KameVault operates an online platform for trading physical trading cards, providing physical custody and enabling digital trading without shipment between parties.
Custody is carried out per §§ 688 ff. BGB. Each card is photographically documented and stored with insurance. User remains owner until sale is completed.
The Provider provides the platform but does not trade cards itself and is not a contracting party to trades between users.
For each trade, the Provider charges a commission per the current price list at kamevault.com/pricing. Changes announced 30 days in advance.
The Provider is liable for damage to stored cards caused by its own fault. The card value documented at storage applies. Further liability excluded where permitted by law.
German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
